My journey
My journey started a decade ago, when I flew to Washington DC to become a certified intercultural trainer. The training was fine, but once back home I faced a lot of challenges in not ony finding my training framework but also the business side of it. In short, it was with ups and downs as well as falling and standing up that I realised that I had eventually developed a ‘Unique Intercultural Training’ that made me a Unique trainer as well.
For my unique training I draw upon my 40+ years of knowledge and experience of living and working with diversity in the East and the West.
Now after a decade, I want to share my discovery to the world, to all motivated, aspiring Unique Intercultural trainers who are interested to uncover this framework.
