My journey

My experience of having worked for (17 years) for the Dutch government had its ups and downs.

What followed were small and big failures of culture clashes at the workspace leading to confusion, stress and unhappiness at work.

Coming from another culture, unaware and naive about the Dutch work and business culture did cost me some sleepless nights, stress and even losing jobs. Until I had cracked the code to working and leading as a confident, valued professional. After that I worked wit pleasure, passion and was regarded as a valuable colleague.
